Welcome to Mighty Measure.
With over 12 years of experience, we are proud to evolve our mission to empower companies to embody their core values and create meaningful impacts.
At Mighty Measure, we believe that consumers increasingly seek out businesses with strong ethical foundations. Our offerings—impact coaching, cohort learning, and a podcast—are designed to guide organizations through the challenges of defining, measuring, and amplifying their values.
We advocate for a deep exploration of the values that drive your business and the positive impacts they create. By focusing on effective measurement and transparent reporting, we help your values shine through your marketing efforts, enabling customers to forge genuine connections with your brand.
Certifications and verifications play a crucial role in this process, and we are here to support you in preparing for them. Together, let us build a better future, where every company contributes to the greater good. Join us on this journey to make the world a better place, one value at a time.

Our Values

Community Manifesto
At Mighty Measure, we believe people and the planet matter. Real change happens through partnership, deep listening, imagination, and shared curiosity. We envision a world where humanity, equity, nature, and animals are treated with respect, care, and compassion.
We prioritize equity and inclusivity – reaching out early and often to support people with marginalized identities. This commitment is woven into everything we do.
We champion entrepreneurs, small businesses, and local economies because they are the root of healthy, sustainable change. Through advocacy, education, and action, we work alongside our community to make lasting, measurable impact.
We believe in leading by example and helping others do the same. Small businesses can create mighty impacts – and together, we are building a more just, resilient, and regenerative world.

Our Founder
Kim Allchurch-Flick is a consultant, advocate, change agent, and founder of Mighty Measure

After years in corporate leadership, I chose a different path: one rooted in nature, community, and transformation through care.
As the founder of Mighty Measure, I support social enterprises and impact-driven businesses in aligning their operations with their purpose.
Much of my work centers on helping businesses grow responsibly while creating meaningful, positive impact.
Through coaching and consulting, I help leaders build equity, reduce harm, and contribute to their communities and the planet.
Education
Education and experience enhance my daily work ethic. I earned an International Business Management Masters (MIM from PSU) in Marketing and Sustainability and certificates in Digital Marketing Strategies, Social Enterprise and Project Management.
