To My Changer Makers Community,
As I reflect on the past year, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the inspiring work we’ve accomplished together. Mighty Epiphyte Consulting exists because of remarkable clients who are true change-makers, committed to building a better future through their companies. Each of you inspires me daily with your drive, resilience, and vision.
In 2024, we made tangible contributions toward our mission, helping with certifications, and advocating for clients. 2024 brought 163 hours of volunteering, $3,854 in donations, and a dedication to forging deeper relationships and partnerships. These efforts have not only strengthened our community but have amplified our collective impact, setting new standards for accountability, integrity, and transformation.
This year also brought valuable opportunities to share our work and insights with a broader audience. I was honored to speak at Portland State University, the Benefit Corporations for Good Happy Hour, the Better Business Together event, and two podcasts, all of which underscored the power of collaboration in creating meaningful change.
I am continually filled with hope and optimism by cause-driven businesses like yours. Here at Mighty Epiphyte, we support and advocate for you wholeheartedly. Thank you for all that you do and for choosing to lead with purpose and compassion.
Additionally, we began laying the groundwork for a long-envisioned cohort model, The Mighty Impacts Continuum, set to launch in early 2025. This initiative will allow us to support a wider community of purpose-driven leaders, fostering collaboration and building resilience as we navigate the challenges of impactful business together.
Thank you for your trust, partnership, and inspiration. I look forward to another year of making a difference—together.
